Basically, you are putting villain down to a range of like 4 hands or so and i'm not sure if I agree with such a tight range.

I'm not sure if I like this play to be honest. Putting him on the lone J is pretty thin.

Sure if I know he has a J i'm shoving, but how can we be sure.
I would honestly prefer to be for value here instead of shoving and losing $9 (or so) worth of value.

What does he call for $9 that he doesn't call for a push?

I'm saying what about missed draws? Do we push if we know villain has missed draws? What's the point in this move?

Second pair plus missed draws is also a possibility. Are we also shoving here?

You ask a good question, i'm not sure how to answer it. But it's definately made me think

With missed draws, villain easily dumps his useless high card hand. At microlimits we almost never see a bluff raise on the river.

Again with second pair, does villain really want to call another pot sized bet? I don't see many calls from 2nd pair against a standard unknown villain.

So, the most likely hand that calls a pot sized bet on the flop and turn are draws and top pair. Draws fold when they miss, top pair just made trips, and is happy to call any bet.
