Also note that I play most of my hands during the day where pot sizes might be a tad smaller.

And I thought 200NL was a little more than .5/hand. Can anyone confirm?

I am going to go to .4 on NL100, I think that is a fair number.

I just looked at my database, and all my samples are not significant and are over a large time frame, but I come up with:

NL25 - .15 VPP/hand
NL50 - .30 VPP/hand
NL100- .47 VPP/hand
NL200- .66 VPP/hand

I played about 35K hands at NL25 in June and got .11 if that helps.
