I'm gonna try to help ya here since im a nice guy at times. Half of the people I know that go to the expo, if you threw money onto them would find you and take the rest.

Also, where do you get the fact that the cops wont do anything and let [censored] ride? Remember last year when they started letting off shots at 1am? They're gonna be strict as [censored] this year.

And back to the topic, if you make it rain at circle center I have no doubts you'll be arrested for inciting a riot. That is what they will charge you with and trust me it will happen. Good luck.

I'm not an expert on this subject, but it seems to me that legal ramifications could result if this starts a small riot. It sounds hilarious though.
