on july 12th, "black expo" begins in indianapolis. basically it's a bunch of crazy black dudes getting high in the streets downtown and the cops don't do anything about it. there's a bunch of wannabe video hos walking around getting groped as well.

anyway, i plan on throwing about fifty $1 bills off the 4th floor of the mall onto the 3rd floor. are there any legal repercussions i could face from throwing money hap-hazardly into a crowd of potentially hostile african-americans?

I'm gonna try to help ya here since im a nice guy at times. Half of the people I know that go to the expo, if you threw money onto them would find you and take the rest.

Also, where do you get the fact that the cops wont do anything and let [censored] ride? Remember last year when they started letting off shots at 1am? They're gonna be strict as [censored] this year.

And back to the topic, if you make it rain at circle center I have no doubts you'll be arrested for inciting a riot. That is what they will charge you with and trust me it will happen. Good luck.
