As there was no other preflop raises I think you have to take out JJ+, AK from the other players ranges.

Are you kidding? Did you see what level they're playing at? You should look over one of your sessions at this limit and take notes on what players do at these tables. I just reviewed someone's session the other day and took notes on everyone and I had about 10 people who limped AA-JJ and didn't raise once throughout the entire hand. I wouldn't take out those possible ranges at all at this level.

Why are we debating outs and hand ranges? Hero clearly has enough to continue on the flop and turn given how the hand played out.

I really think the only debatable street here is the flop and its between calling and raising. I would raise here more often than i would call.

I'm not debating how the hand is played. I'm just curious of how many outs hero has on the flop.

I think you should at least take out AA and KK, no preflop raise and you have AK in your hand makes it very unlikely anyone else has those.

Just did it... got approximately the same answer (17.3% victory). Taking 2 hands out of a possible bazillion other hands still leaves us with a bazillion.

Check/call this river.
If you bet and get raised, you are dead.
There's also a good chance MP3 has 2 PR here.

[/ QUOTE ]

Terrible c/c. This is definitely a bet. Yeah, if you get raised, you're dead. But if you check and he checks, you missed out on 1 BB.

fair enough, but then we need a better read on the opponent's range if you're going to go into detail on it. It's an estimation anyway, if it's close I'd decide based on how the opponent plays.
