Live I fold this cause people love to play Ace anything and that C/R says something for sure. I think you are on the right track as far as being to get away from a hand like this one.

When I meant re-evaluate the turn I meant to imply that if he checks then we could either check behind or value bet based on the player. We dont have that option if we just fold the turn.

Another thing about this particular hand is that this is such a great card for our opponent to take a shot at us with. Live players dont have that in their bag of tricks but I think online players will realize this and maybe make a play on this pot. It definitly doest happen often but I guess that is why you need to know your player...which IMO makes this is a fold on the river. Just some ideas to think about though...

Against most opponents you should be bet/folding the turn in this spot or checking the turn and calling the river. If you dont feel comfortable bet/folding here then take the latter line.

I'd check the turn.

That is true. This is a great spot to c/r a flush draw. Depending on opponent I'd either b/f or check behind the turn and probably call any river. Against some I even call the c/r and fold to a bad river, definitely one with a heart on it. That said, this is most often a classic b/f situation, and at 2/4 that's probably correct against most.

I fold to the raise on the turn.
When the A hits the turn I might check and see what he does then. He may check and then you may get a free or one bet showdown which you could call if it's not a heart or spade on the river.
