You have a profitable call against a range of 88+/AK, which means you need to call imo.

That's pretty interesting...at what range is it a fold? Is this the cut off?

Yea, that the cut off. And I personally think the range is worse than average. I expect this to be an idiotic push with AJ/low PP a decent percentage too.

I am still not entirely convinced by either calling or raising.

With calling I possibly get an overcall behind me which may be bad as I have more bad cards to dodge but perhaps not terrible due to my open-ender. I did not really expect MP to fire big on the turn even if I was the only caller as he had not shown any tendancy to bet big prior to this.

Raising can clear the field behind me but commits me to calling any push once I raise. However I will not get pushed on too much if I do raise and can shut down if one of the 2 still to act coldcall. I wonder if a raise to $30 might be good in this senario as although I might still have to call a shove I might shut down the action on that street and be in position to take a freecard if I chose on the turn.

I think on balance I like a small raise best but would still want to puke if I then get shoved on by anybody bar MP.
