Why would I want this book if I may ask? I'm not interested in playing poker machines. Granted, if I decide to get this one, another book, Fundamentals of Poker is included.
I already own this though and it's just too basic.

Are any of the category B books worth reading for someone who only plays poker? I might take 2+2 up on this offer if I think the 3 category B books are worthwhile but none appeal to me.

Agreed.

Note to 2+2: Give an option for 4 As and no Bs, or 3 As and 1 B, or something like that. I wouldn't mind taking one less book if I got to pick 3 or 4 out of the A column.

From column B, Mason's three poker essays books are quite highly regarded in some quarters, as is the Mathematics of Poker.

The poker essays books probably are good for limit players (since Mason is best at limit he, right?). Mathematics of poker is a good book, but very theoretic. The gambling books may be nice if you consider wagering on other gambling games. Rest of the 2+2 books in B probably aren't very useful.
