Re: NL25 Extracting value. 3 hands
Maybe its me, but I tend to pot the flop, If I am the PF raiser, When I get my hand caught in the cookie jar it sets me up to get paid on my big hands.
Hand 1 is standard aside from above hand 2 Raise the flop, but as there was no PF raiser here, I wouldn't expect much either Hand 3 PF is pissy its almost a mini-raise, Flop, bet pot again. If he had JQ,JK he would still have called a PSB on the flop |

What do you all think about flat calling the flop in hand 2 to attempt to get a weaker hand to pay me off? He's a tight player so 67 is unlikely and I don't think you can be too paranoid about just one opponent having a flush draw. Maybe I could get pairs below the king to come along and then flat call again with a non scary turn. [/ QUOTE ] Well on the turn you have filled up and are in position, so I may well have called his turn bet HOPING he catches his flush |

Re: NL25 Extracting value. 3 hands
Thanks for the advice. I think you are right, I should bet bigger most of the time and try to build the pots early on.
