Continuation bet or free card? AK .25/.50

I'm not overly fond of the c-betting this flop. One more opponent and I definatly dont do it. One less and I definatly do.

The preflop raiser isnt folding much on this flop. Possibly TT-99?

This is what I see...

You may be reverse dominated. If you arn't, then the pfr will at least have a draw. Eitherway, if you don't catch your gutshot, you are in big trouble. I doubt he will be folding KQ/KJ here.

The flip side is that it is a shame to give a free card to a worse hand in a big pot. I console myself with the fact that:
a) he probably doesn't have a worse hand.
b) all his worse hands will correctly call and if we improve our hand to top pair, it will still be second best because his hand will probably improve too.
