then again, if he has taken some hits, its not bad to move down some limits, so if he takes a hit, it doesnt hurt as much if in the nosebleed section.

[/ QUOTE ]

Wouldn't moving up in stakes be better? that way when he wins he can make more?

[/ QUOTE ] are you levelling? i seriously dont know if you are

No, if he has taken hits, so has his BR, and you need a BR for the high stakes online games. moving down limits and dominating the game helps the confindence to play better at the higher level. its like saying telling a $1/$2 player to play the $10/$20 game just because. Just because he is playing at a lower limit, doesnt mean he is busto.

oh, I see what you mean, but if I am loosing at 1-2$ wouldn't moving up to 10-20 help in multiple ways.

Players at 10-20 would respect my raises since 1-2 players are bad and call with anything.

Also higher limits means I can make more when I get a good hand. My Bankroll can only go up no?

if you cant figure out why moving down is not bad, if taken hits at a higher level, then you are a losing player.

But couldn't it just be bad luck? wouldn't moving up at the right time be better because then when you finaly make a flush with your suited cards you can win more right?

Like if you loose 5 straight Black Jack hands its best to bet everything since you have a big chance to win.

yes and it improves your hourly rate tenfold as well.

i seriously don't understand why all players don't always play the biggest tables they can possibly buy into. maybe they're all stoned or something.

I know you're levelling, but for people who will read this and think its a legitimate strategy:

It's not.
