Is it really the sister causing problems as suggested in the title?
Sounds like friend A is has a bit of estrogen poisoning himself.... You say he flipped out when he found out.... i would have said "look at your reaction...why do you think we kept this from you.... you shrieky little girl." Test his statement that he is only mad about not being told.... tell him you are going to bang his sister, and do it at your place while he is there. Make sure you are loud and use lots of dirty porn talk for him to hear. TR expected!!!!!

While you may think you are doing Friend A a service by not telling him, the fact that there is a high probability that he will find out anyway makes it your business to tell him as soon as it is practical.
