You severely overbet the pot on the flop. And against a good player, best case scenario is you chop in this spot. A-Q/A-8 I don't see re-raising all in much here...

Such a beat has never happened before in the game of poker.

Ul, OP, you'll clearly go down into history for this one

For all you egotistical Einsteins, we all start somewhere. Forgive me for being a little less experienced than you Brunsons of the world.

Thanks to all who are genuinely helping. I agree that it seems I did overbet the flop. Looking back, would 2/3xP, or t$250 be more appropriate? I could then muck cheaply on call or RR, verifying my read.

You're an idiot, risking it this early in a tournament and playing AK which isn't even a made hand really sucks. You're a dog to any pair and because poker is rigged you will lose vs all other hands to.

AA and KK doesn't leave you drawing dead you dumb ****.

Stop ruining this forum trying to get strategy advice. People like you seriously piss me off.

I was not looking for a shoulder to cry on or to be blasted for trying to learn the game. Forgive me for trying to improve.

I wandered into a forum where everybody is perfect. Silly me. I thought this was a poker community out to help each other. I'll visit all you Einsteins in Hades.
