You own the house. Man up and tell him to fly right or GTFO. If you can't do that, then go with buying a lathe and storing it in his room.

Regardless of whether there is a lease, in most states there is a specific legal process you must go through to evict somebody. You can't just throw them out on the street no matter how dirty or noisy they are.

I don't understand, is that your stove or a pic of A stove?

Anyway, maybe you should ask the self-cleaning oven to clean up the stove too if it's not doing anything.
