Turn all assets into cash (might have to pay people off).

Learn that Israeli martial art they teach their soldiers - its supposed to be pretty quick to learn and is designed for anything goes type fights that you may or may not get into.

Get well versed in the law relating to solitary confinement - do what you need to and serve your 4.5 without coming into contact with gen pop.

Find the biggest, hardest looking badass and kill/maim him.

Skip out to a country with a non-extradition policy is the obv first choice. Second, spend every last waking moment in a BJJ dojo and learn how to break peoples joints.

If I have four months until I go to prison I'm skipping it, thanks. Four months is a long time to plan. I could get a new identity and save some cash and then start my new life in XXXX. Even having a low paying job for the next 10 years is better then going to maximum for five years. I mean you do realize how horrible prison is right?

Dude, this is real life. In 4 months you're not gonna figure out a way to beat up the biggest bad ass in max security prison.

Wow this is just like that one Ed Norton movie.

And besides

Let's say you were convicted of a felony (doesn't really matter what, but we'll say vehicular manslaughter ), and you were sentenced to 8-15 years in prison, up for parole in 4.5 years. And just so there is no uncertainty, we're talking about maximum security federal prison , right in there with the worst of society.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is pretty unlikely
