I raise a little bit more to 7.5 since you are oop to a very aggressive player. Personally I b/f turn, if he calls turn then c/f river barring any strong read. You showing strength on two streets will make him a lot less likely to shove without a better hand. Giving him control of the hand by checking lets you get value bet and bluffed to death.
