I actually build my roll mainly by playing HU SnG's. I started with 50$ and started playing the 5$ regs. I had played like 10 HU SnG's before that, so my WR was not very high. I moved up after 100 of those, and a 52,12% WR (which is kinda wierd since I must have lost money. I guess I won a tour or something). Anyways I moved to the 10s -> 20s/22s -> 33s where I am at now. I've made ~1200$ and played 1000 SnG's. So it is definately possible to build a roll without a good WR.

Its inconceivable me losing 4 games in a row at this level.

[/ QUOTE ]
it's probably going to become painfully conceivable in the near future.

I sustained 60+% over almost 2k 100,200, and 500s but I was playing on probably the softest sight around. It is definitely doable and Im sure there are people that can keep 65 going. Alot depends on the structure as well. Obv with faster structure you will have lower winrate. I am actually attempting to build a roll now from 200 as a challenge but also due to losing my roll in neteller, having my worst run ever and having to withdraw the rest to pay taxes. Anyone wanna race from 200? Im going to strictly adhere to only sitting tables I have at least ten buy ins in and moving up to the next level whenever possible. Inspired by listening to the webcast about Fergusson turning 1 dollar into 20k in a few months but obviously not nearly as harcore.

Damn it! I [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]'ed Doyle's Room for their HU SNG's.
Played over 500 $10 HU matches, won 60%. I hate them for closing to US players.

FT is pretty soft. I'm not a big fan of the structures, but the games are pretty soft.

I play a lot of $5 and $10 HUSNGs on Pokerstars myself. What's your screenname wrkingtogreat? I'm curious because there's a good chance that I'll play you if you play a lot of them.
Also: 80% win rate is possible, even if it's very difficult. The play in these sngs is so soft that you can at least get your chips in with a big edge virtually every time, even if it will occasionly not hold up.

What site offers the best combination of opposition, rake and structure for small HU SNgs? Party, Stars, FT, something else?

You would have to get your chips in with an 80-20 edge every game. I doubt the best high limit HUSNG players could do this at the 5 dollar level.
