That seems silly against many lag types, as they are liable to 3-bet your CR with ATC.

i don't know where you play but in fulltilt people get crazy on this spot i see so donkey who lead with nothing, so many bluff.
i we check call this flop you will must hit a card to continue this spot if he bet.

why stay in that little pot??
personnaly if i check call i don't know how to play it after if he bet(and think call flop if you want to fold if you don't hit turn is bad), don't know how to play if he check after and bet river and don't hit too.
so for me it s an esay fold because i don't know how to own this play post flop and don't interresting to fight for a small pot.

but i m really interresting what is your plan if your call the flop.
