It does not make sense to post these "Positive" experience, because postive experience is a *normal* experience. Even 90% of UB players do not have a problem and only 10% of UB players have a problem, UB still sux.

I played at UB briefly. Had no problems, liked the software. I found a fishy-er site, so I cashed out of UB to put my money elsewhere. Got a check from them in a reasonable amount of time, deposited it in my bank account no problem. Two thumbs up, overall. I might play there again someday, but I'm busy playing at a softer site at the moment.

Played there for about 6 months. Never had a problem and customer support has always been responsive (took about 12 hours to ensure I was a 'preferred' member a couple of days ago). Have also cashed out thousands with no problem, although not lately. Will be cashing out some soon once I get an epassporte set up.

True. I mean does PartyPoker or Pokerstars players need to create a thread saying they haven't had problems? If a site needs this kind of thread, then maybe people should avoid playing there in the first place.

Doesn't mean I want them to go out of business. There aren't many sites that accept American players.

I haven't. I mean, yes, customer service is slow, yes my RB numbers aren't available for long stretches but I think they're the most reliable of the reliable--in my humble view.

I have not had a problem... there was one tourney that was totally messed up and CS refunded my money within 24 hours..

but..... I have a withdrawral check due and we're approaching 2 weeks now so I might be deleting this post in a couple of weeks [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Edit: oh yeah I have a serious problem with the dope who ran down my rolled aces in Stud 8 chasing low in a heads up pot and catching a gutshot on the river - RIGGGGGED!!!!

Had some nice tournament-wins last couple of months, cash-outs took about 3 day's.
Never had any problems in all the years I played there.

UB made a lot of enemies when they forced another site of their platform.

one time I deposited $500 on UB, it came out of my neteller account, AND I got the bonus I was depositing for, BUT my money didn't show up in my account. It was like my money vashined into thin air.

3 weeks later, it was all sorted out and they added the money to my account.

Never any problems with them. And speaking subjectively, their dealing seems more random than at other sites.
