Basically exactly what I was going to post. You usually have an hour or two before the Bell loosens your bowels considerably.

well i've always found I get problems if i use too much hot sauce, but then again hot sauce releases endorphins (nice!) which I like. You should be able to handle taco bell again if u just don't order too much I would think.
