Re: 5/10nl vs Moneymaker Caesars
1/2 pot might be a little too low on the flop. As played, I agree that you are being taken to valuetown, fold the river.

Re: 5/10nl vs Moneymaker Caesars
I don't know if it is just me, but his line makes so little sense, especially since he c/r'd his bigger hands prior to that and randomly donked the turn on a scary board.
There is no real hand I could put him on, so I'd call. |

I thought he could hvae a wide range and think i cbet the flop with a good amount of hands. Again, if there is a strong reason why 3/4 pot or 2/3 pot is better on the flop- pls fill me in. On the river i tanked for a good 45 seconds. I just thought i was going to see a very well valuebet 8 or flush draw here, maybe a J. I folded face up, and he showed 67o. I dont think i'm a very results oriented person, but i think i made a bad fold- and should have called any river. That being said, this was probably the worst river possible for me. Just too good a chance he's trying to make a play given the preflop action- that he's leaving the game, and also that he would probably check raise the flop with a big hand. stealthcow- |
