With a rake structure like that, I would think that the majority of hands become unplayable from any position. You're fighting over $1.

It could very well be impossible to beat. But the 3/6 game at my local casino has a 5% rake and a $1 jackpot but it can be beaten. It's loosey goosey. If the game plays that way you can beat it.
