You say you would never hit a friend, and I'd agree with you normally, but this is one of those times where it's ok too. He is pushing you and acting violently to you? I'd smack him a few times till he got the picture. If he holds a grudge about that, [censored] him.

what if he wasnt really drunk? what if he really was ok? after all, he made it home just fine. imagine if you were in an insane asylum, but you werent crazy. how would you get out? you would be like, "doctor! nigga, i aint crazy! fo real, dogg, i aint even crazy!"

and they would be like, "hahahahaha. you? 'not crazy?' thats the CRAZIEST thing ive heard all day! hahahaha."

so why dont you look in the mirror, OP? because you are those doctors.

would think giving the keys to your friend who's house he was sleeping over would have been the logical move

If my friend starts getting really violent and is actually hurting me, I think I would knock his drunk ass out. Being drunk doesn't give him the right to hit you, and seeing how he is drunk he won't feel that much pain.

I have a few friends who are bad drunks, but none are nearly as bad as this guy sounds.

wait i have another stupid post on this topic.

you should build a really big maze. and then put the keys at the end. the maze would have clues on which direction to go to get to the end, which would require thought. and there would be bats flying around whose dodging of which would require physical dexterity and coordination, or else they would get caught in your hair. if he made it to the end, he must have been sober enough to make it to the end. OR he must have been lucky enough to make it through and is probably lucky enough to drive home without any problems.

Next time fight back. I wouldn't hold it against a friend if he kicked my ass while I was being a huge tool and trying to attack him.

Hide the keys, tell him to call you in the morning to find out where they are and go home. Either that or choke him out and hide the keys and leave a note.

People who can't handle their booze suck. Find a new drinking buddy.

I have a friend who, after a night of drinking, prefers to drive home than stay over. On one particular occasion, he gave me his keys at the beginning of the night (at my request). Good night had by all and we crashed at my place. He was gone when we all woke up. Turns out he hunted down his keys after we all fell asleep (they were in my pocket) and drove home.
