what would you guys do if shortstack DIDNT shove but rather folded

vs UTG raise and UTG+1 3bet when they are both reasonable I fold. If it is MP raise and BTN or SB 3bet or something like that then I'd be ok going all-in knowing that I'm taking it down a very large percentage of the time.
