Also,I've heard/seen some [censored] like this happen before around where I live. Me and the people I was with just laughed in the kid's face, and he didn't do anything else so i'm gonna assume he wasn't in the Bloods. The Crips and the Bloods are so much less of a threat than a ton of other gangs anyways these days, some one needs to tell these wannabe gangsters that they're a joke.

The officers are obviously stationed near Pendleton.
40 minutes North could be Newport or Long Beach. Given the ghettoness of the villains, I would say LB.
