I found it funny and probably never would have seen it if it wasn't posted here. That can be said for about 9/10 of the funny things posted that are apparently really old (see 'best cyber sex' thread).

Wow, could you please be a little more overdramatic? [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] But anyways, I wasn't the OP, in case you didn't realize. I was just commenting on the link. I heard about steak and BJ day years ago, I just never saw the internet link. And I know my girlfriend is usually way out of the loop with this stuff, so I was just commenting that I sent it to her, knowing she'd think it's funny.

Anyways, this hasn't been a good week for me, very stressful and I thought Matt was just trying to be douche, even though I usually find he's a good poster. Looking back I realize it looks like I took that comment waaay too seriously, and my doucheness probably trumped everyone elses. I didn't know this was going to get people so up in arms. I think we all realize matt was just joking now so let's just let this go.

Why would they schedule Steak and BJ day so close to St. Patrick's Day? It would make for a great week, but may be too much to handle for some guys. Throw in March Madness, and we should just call March "Guy Month." I think Steak and BJ Day should be August 14th - six months away from Valentine's so it's nicely spaced out, there are no other holidays in August....this could have been the first holiday in August! Good idea, poor execution IMO.
