do you realize a short stack who doesn't have any money to reload is bluffing a turn that you checked to him, very very often..

And sometimes even valuebeting worse hands..

I imagine a shortstack is more likely to raise flop with a Ten than call(often done with a queen-trying to slowplay) therefore i would say check fold turn is good..
