I've been playing online since 1999 before there was rake back and I know the problem. I have all my accounts already.

FT is the only rakeback place I have because I did not sign up through a banner (banner = affiliate).

Anyone have any clue how they knew he had two accounts? From all indications he didn't use the first account after the second was created.

Same IP doesn't make much sense, because family members & roommates are allowed to have seperate accounts.

So let me get this straight. OP knew he was wasn't allowed to have 2 accounts, since he went and asked first. They confirmed that fact and said no we won't change your account per our terms. Then you went and did it anyway, got caught, and want someone to care?

They offered at grace period to allow this to happen for people with an existing account to get rakeback after the party closing. IMO if you didnt take the oppurtunity then to set it up then it is your own fault.

I took it as a "hey if you want rakeback at full tilt, making 2 accounts won't work"

But the non-seizing of funds seems to make this a "can't lose" type of scenario.

What would you do if you spent thousands of dollars promoting Full Tilt as an affiliate, and they suddenly started moving all of your signups off to different affiliates so they could get rakeback?
