What defines a rock garden?

Personally I think its quite easy to find good tables at FT, especially since you can datamine before you sit down. Yesterday I was sitting at 4 NL100 tables averaging 45%/5%.... Is that a rock garden?

I generally play later evenings and early nights eastern time...

If one wants tight and tough games there's WPEX, no rake, no point playing at full tilt (it's also a rather fitting name to what happens there). PokerStars may be rigged according to this: http://poker-sucks.com/poker-sucks/p...bbing-you.html though not reliable.
