I think you see a weaker ace as much as you see two pair. If your flop bet had been pot sized and that had been raised I think that would change things - anyways, call river.

min-raises don't always equal huge hands

i'd say his range on the river is something like: busted draws, sets/full-houses, and weaker aces. i don't know what percentage i would assign to each, but you only get value out of weaker aces if you check-raise ai here, so i would just call. plus info on what he minraises with is good

After the turn bet, I'd put him on a weak A or a FD. More likely a weak A in my experience. I like leading the river for about 1/2 pot because I don't think a FD will 3 barrel here.
