Yeah I used to think I was too much of a "matchups guy" but the weekly FF threads this year have made me think less-so than average. "Should I play Palmer or Kitna this week? Oakland's D has been stout".

No, you should do things the same way in the regular season. If one of your backups has a good matchup and warrants a start, you play him.

That being said, putting Houston in for Parker is wretched considering matchups and that New York has used running backs inconsistently all season.
