There are very few situations where villain folds to a repush on hand 2. He has bet 720, the most he can be raised is 1055 more. However on the flop, if you lead out with a push, villain still would have 1855 chips, which can look like enough to fold if he totally whiffs the flop. So, I think there is more equity in the stop and go since there is hardly any chance he is folding to a push PF, and has enough to fold on flop.

I'm pushing both pf. I think you actually have quite a bit of FE on the second one. The button is getting good odds to call but even so, he can fold and still have a viable stack. At the lower stack levels, many people in buttons position find a fold even when they should not.
