What made hands do you this with? Or does this matter? "a c/r AI will have him calling pretty much everything he bet with" Why? What about no hand, no draw. Why wouldn't he take a stab if he doesn't have anything. |

[/ QUOTE ] I know nothing about opponent, I would rather get him to fold like 99 which is likely, than say get him to bluff with KQ which is less likely (in my opinion) |

Shorties aren't likely to fold 99 here at 100NL if you open shove. Some will but they are in the minority.

What I'm thinking is:
Open-shoving looks like a draw. I don't see 99 folding whether it is c/r allin or open shoved. So I like a c/r allin more. Even though it still looks like a draw. I guess the problem comes if it checks through--the hand becomes much more complicated if we miss on the turn. |

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised to see a call from AJ from a shortie. But he's not that short. |

[/ QUOTE ] I think any option doesn't really matter, c/r AI, shove, bet like 18 and hope he bluff shoves or value shoves w/e it's very marginal and playing hands like this either way will not be one of the downfalls of your poker career |
