In my experience having sex in a lucid dream will cause you to wake up, so you have to do other stuff, like fly and [censored].

is there a trick to flying? I can start to fly and then never actually launch into flight, it feels like gravity still holds me back; its like i do some HUGE jump through the air or something but then start coming down to earth.. apparently flying feels pretty good.

(BTW get the same thing with sex, just wake up..)

I think it just takes some practice. Try to convince yourself that you will be able to fly before going to sleep. You need to fool yourself that it is possible to fly, shouldnt be so hard after a couple of tries.

Also, try to look at a clock several times during the dram too see what time it is. Weird stuff.

The last couple years, I've been a complete pussy in my dreams. Whenever I have what is about to become a sex dream, I tell the chick that I can't because I'm married and love my wife.

I hate that I puss out. I've even told my wife about it and she thinks it's funny, but of course thinks I'm a sweetie, too.

I have some ridiculously intense dreams, they are always so realistic and intense. I like the dream journal idea, I am going to start doing that everyday.

I "fly" a lot in my dreams. I think I can do it because I know I've done it before so once I hit the point in the dream where I know I'm dreaming I sort of think "yes! I'm dreaming so I can fly". I also do it when I have dreams about women, if I realise i'm dreaming, I have sex, if I don't the women turn into Elephants or phone boxes or something just before I get to stick it in.
