Thanks for the posts. I guess I should have clarified that I am mainly playing NL. Seems to me the blind stealing and cold calling stats are much more important for limit, where saving a BB or making and extra BB here and there is crucial to winning over time.

I like to have continuation bet/fold to continuation bets. That way I won't try bet the flop if I totally miss and I know the other guy isn't folding anyway, and I can often win hands against people who always bet.

I don't quite get how the Total Aggression post flop factor is determined and what it means for each range(<1, 1-2, 2-3, >3, etc).
Would someone shed some light on this, please? |

[/ QUOTE ] PT explains it...something like (Bet+ReRaise/Call)=aggression factor Folds are not included...you want to have at least a 1, if not 2...4 is generally too high on most streets (possibly not on river in limit). |

If you can process and use alot of info I suggest getting Poker Ace HUD and downloading the Perfect 10 Layout. It lists many details like agression frequency for every street, % of time villain folds to a bet for every street and including all stats that were allready mentioned. I use this info to bluff better for example. You will have to manually copy the numbers and color ranges to convert the layout to FT and other sites since its set up for Party Poker. PA hud is a great program worth much more than $25 it costs.

[ QUOTE ] Went to Showdown tracks how often a player plays a hand to all the way to a showdown. I assume it is not showdowns/all hands dealt to a player but but rather showdowns/hands played (e.g., saw the flop). But I am not sure. Won $ at Showdown is pretty self explanatory. It is the percentage of times the player won when he or she went to a showdown. [/ QUOTE ] So what #'s are for good players vs fish? [/ QUOTE ] The winning Eagle players in a 10 handed game are roughly Went to showdown 30%, won at showdown 60% when I play. The tighter players are around 25% went to showdown. |
