I'd really like to see the introduction of more of the Sinister Six. If Mysterio is in this one as well, its only Vulture, Electro, and Kraven to go. Hobgoblin depending on which version of the SS you're looking at.

Carnage would be cool in the future too. Spidey has all the cool villains.

Not quite. In the Ultimate universe the "Venom" suit is actually something that Peter's and Eddie's dad (who in this universe were scientific contemporaries and partners) had created to help cure cancer and other incurable diseases by using the human body's potential and chemicals. When Peter comes across it, it amplifies his powers even more. However the evil "venom" side-affect is a result of the instability of the suit. Eddie Brock then takes possession of it believing it to be his birthright.
