I'm on the cusp between NL100 and NL200 so I have 2 answers, 44 buy-ins and 22 buy-ins...but I voted for 22 because I plan to play alot more NL 200 in the near future.

I didn't want to move up because i'm not confident enough in my game yet. With the way things have been going, i'm really glad I stayed at this level.

at 100 or 200nl there is really no need to have more than 30 buy ins, IMO, unless you are supporting your family playing SSNL.

Ive lost like 16-18 in a row and still felt pretty confident. With say only 12 buyins I would be pretty scared.

My bankroll also funds my MTTs and forays into Omaha, so it needs to be bigger than what's necessary just for NL HE.
