I've talked it over with jii on AIM,
basically, I really hate the preflop call. vs a looser player (one with a larger 3betting range) than crackyoface I'm betting pre, vs this opponent, I'm just folding. This isn't a good flop for our hand. we get no money from worse hands and yet it entices us to put money in as we have top 2. SoI'm prob c/c flop tehn c/f turn. But I wouldn't be in this situation to start |

i really enjoy the discussion of this hand and how it differs from so many other top two and better threads.

I hate being reraised with AK by a villain whit an assumed tight reraising range. Your most likely against a hand that dominate you (AA/KK) and risk loosing big pot if you hit the flop.
Or you might be against QQ/JJ and check folding a flop that didn't hit you or winning a small flop when the flop hit you. So I'm really starting to think that it might be sometimes better to just fold preflop against a tight reraiser. What do you think? |

I agree that against a nit with a very tight range folding PF might be best, but why does everyone assume a 20/15 has a narrow 3-bet range? OP said villain is solid, if you have a narrow range here and yet offer your opponent good odds to call, you're not solid.
