Take a free card on fifth street - he's not going to fold and there is a chance you get checkraised. You don't have fold equity here - you will have to fire two barrels and he could easily improve to two pair and call you or might call with one pair. Or he could have a stronger hand than you think. I lean towards checking.

I don't really like third either but I see where you're going with it.
