1. I've never driven even close to that far. I would imagine around a day and a half. Can you break the law and not get caught or break the law but could get stomped - the latter would add a lot more strategy.

2. If I can pick the time then I would say 1-2 hours if drunk chicks on a college campus are considered consensual. I would think even during the day you could find a chick on the street in NY or on a college campus.
