Folding a better hand on the turn

Ok, I figure I had an over-inflated sense of how often I could induce a better hand to fold on this turn. That's what my focus was on during this hand: not playing the hand straight up for value.

My move worked: he did fold the turn (almost certainly a better hand). Although happy that I brought in the pot, my first thought was that he probably doesn't fold *enough* to make it right. He might well not, although I don't think he has to fold very often to make it worthwhile for me. But ah well: I don't play every single hand straight up, and this one was just an experiment. I figured it might garner some discussion.

Can someone post a hand or two where the villain is very likely far ahead, but is in a situation where he can be moved off of a better hand? I'm interested in situations where he might make a massive mistake by folding good equity in a big pot.
