Raise. Estimating you have about 8.5 outs (nut bellybuster, 2 overcards figure each over is worth about 1.5, and backdoor flushdraw valued at 1.5). With the pot laying 7-1 on your raise and your odds about 4.4-1 plus the possible of getting a free card a raise out weights a call.

I'd call, equity wise a raise is no good, a free-card play would be sweet but I don't think we'll get it unless BB is on a draw too (and then we get it anyway). The pot is too small to argue about and I think we have a good chance of getting 3-bet if we raise.
