[ QUOTE ] Why no turn 3-bet? [/ QUOTE ] I was just going to edit my post. Since I think the real dilemma is on the turn. The problem is that if I get capped I really don't want to fold (the river) against this guy. [/ QUOTE ] Against this guy the question is if we can raise the river again if he caps the turn. |

Against this guy the question is if we can cap the river if he 3 bets it after capping turn [/ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ] LOL. is villain the worst poker player on the planet or what? [/ QUOTE ] After rethinking this hand I see why 3-betting and calling down is best but I don't think that this opponent is as bad as his stats might suggest. At least not postflop. I already mentioned that he doesn't like folding but he is not the guy to raise or reraise with crap. Edit: Or maybe it's just that I can almost never have the goods against him. He's also a pretty big winner from the 2000 hands I have on him. |

The turn is an easy 3bet. Use your positional information and value bet that river every time.

A turn raise doesnt mean the nuts.
calling would be ok sometimes to keep the fish in if the board wasnt drawy, but here any T 7 or Q is going to make you feel dirty so its an easy 3bet on the river I dont know are you bet/folding this if not i'd just check/call against a retard |
