I would only CR a bet from late position. If the bet comes from somewhere in the middle and there are other callers, I just call. But if, say, the button bets I CR to try to fold out drawingish hands like gutshots. Am I wrong to assume that knocking out players is desirable here?

You say you'd be hard pressed to believe there aren't one if not two aces out against us--what makes you so sure?

Also, the pot size here is why I limp with KQ suited from EP.

Definately bet the river given how you've played the hand. I'm betting that flop and definately betting the turn given the aces pairing and the calls on the flop. The preflop raise is also a must.

shadow and softcore,

you guys may be right about betting the flop. would you count this as a time where you're calling one anyway, so you may as well bet?

upon further consideration, c/ring sucks anyway, because a bet is almost certainly coming from an A, and an A is never folding.

Why bet the flop against this many players in? As indicated, someone holding an ace is relatively likely. Tyler might be right that if you're going to call one, you might as well bet out, but supposing you're raised after betting here? That is teh suck, IMO.

*grunch*

without conveying any reads, flop is a standard c-bet for me.

most TAGs would say bet the river (I'm guessing), but I don't mind the check. I've seen playas play ace-rags and then opt to be passive here.

good PFR, and turn bet.

I'm smelling pp for our opponents, busted draw, Kx

No one is showing strength, they're not betting back at you, so go for it. More times than not someone is going to call down with a weaker hand, b/c it begs a call (even though they probably shouldn't).

Flop: To me, it depends on how tight the players are behind me. If I've got a bunch of VPIP 30's cold calling me, I bet out here. I'm not going to assume an Ace is out if they are loose. However, if one of them has VPIP of 12 and cold calls me, I would be a lot more inclined to check and see what happens.

Turn: no one has shown any strength yet and the Ace on the turn makes it less likely one is out against you, so I bet the turn as well.

River: I'm betting the river for value as still no one has shown any strength. Spewing is a hole in my game, but until I have reason to believe I'm beat, then I'm not going to stop betting and no one has given me reason to believe I"m beat yet and I don't have a read on either of these 2 players.
