1: Not at 10NL through 200NL

2: If you're playing high stakes vs. players you have many hands with, you have to limp with high pairs occaisionally.

Very occaisionlly, you'll find a player or two behind you that raises ALMOST ALWAYS, and you'll be tempted to limp. However, remember this: it is always better to get reraised with a monster than to reraise yourself
