The UTG limp reraise probably doesn't mean anything, but you are getting charged too much with a trash hand to continue. The BB will have a real hand here, and UTG just might actaully have AA-QQ. I'd fold preflop.

Post flop looks good.

Under what circumstances would you consider folding?

Being dealt the hand in MP.

Having UTG limp would change considering folding to automatically folding.

KTs - I could probably talk myself into seeing a flop.

KTo - I'd let it go after the pf cap

Actually, I've opened with KTo in MP 56% of the time and am doing fine with it. (+.15) (I had to check that, I didn't think I was playing it that much in MP.) I've even opened with it 14% of the time UTG and am breakeven there.

Not once in the last 100k hands have I come after a limper. Can anybody verify making a profit doing this? Overlimped or raised?

You would need to play millions of hands to have any idea what your win rate is with one hand in one spot.

I'm able to easily figure out if a particular hand is profitable or not with 100k hands, or less in many cases. I couldn't say exactly how profitable a hand is, but I can tell if it's plus or minus at least. In cases where it's close to breakeven it could go either way, but that still tells me the hand is roughly marginal.

If you would be kind enough to show the math behind that, that would be great.
