This is tough. If I had you beat, I'd have played it differently, but a lot of players make the mistake of slow playing trips to a dangerous board. This is MUCH more common than overplaying top pair for your whole stack. You said this player seemed solid; one of the first NL lessons you learn is to NOT stack off with only top pair.

I think you're going to see a boat if you call the river; slow played KK or small pair that's now trips and just boated seems most likely. Nobody's mentioned the BEST reason for pushing all in on the turn; you CANNOT make a mistake on the river. No hand has proper odds to call a turn push, and you don't have to guess which possible scare card has beat you.
