But fact of the matter is, I wasn't too big a pussy and did make the call. Do I still garner some measure of pussy-ish-ness for thinking so hard about the big picture here and all my options? My only point is, If I fold this hand I can still cruise to final table and have enough chips to be in the hunt. Anyway, thanks for ur response.

You made the call, which is the right decision... and got unlucky, which sucks large donkey nuts. As others have stated, this situation screams call, and you have to take the chance of busting out there since you're getting a fantastic opportunity to become chip leader and "coast" not only to the final table, but quite possibly into a top 3 standing without much more effort at all.
Like the old addage says, playing not to lose is a surefire way to end up doing it. --TFGoose
