I've made several cashouts without any problems, didn't seem to take any longer than any other site either. You could also call them or use their live chat support.

I had no probs with my first 3 or 4 cashouts but i wait 4-5 weeks the last time. I got this error message: "you have not enough money in your account". After 15 - 20 mails i got my $800...
