Is check calling (depending on the size of the bet) out of the question here? Button flat calling with JJ+ seems pretty rare right?

Thoughts:

1. you must find a hand converter to process your hands thru, and then we can all see the suits involved, and the hand is just plain easier to study. Here is a website that always works for me; www.zerodivide.cx/converter just set the drop down menu box to "2 + 2 ", copy your PT hand into the left hand box, then check off any boxes your find suitable, and finally hit the convert button.
you then copy the converted version and post it here.

2. re TT

The question that immediatley comes to mind is "do i want to play a big pot with this hand??" Preflop,m the answer is no, and post flop , missing my set, the answer remains no.

That being said, your hand perfectly illustrates why you want to play it as a small hand. You have an overpair, 4 cards are on the board, no flush or straight draws, and yet you are totally uncomfortable with the hand.

The reason you are uncomfortable is because you don't have much of a hand, and the bets you have made have now created a pot into which you must make big bets so as not to appear weak.

As dealt , i would call the raise PF, and just call down the hand unimproved unless the bets got really big, in which case i would simply fold.

I might check raise the raiser on the flop, depending on his stats, table image, etc. More likely, i would just call down until he checked and then i might lead as i probablly have him beat there.

Besides, I would think that he's re-raising JJ+ most of the time, PF.

Ive never gotten any convertor to work with Prima, but then I might just be an idiot and not know how to do it. Suits were of no consequence or I wouldve mentioned it.

I normally DO just call here with TT, but decided to reraise this time. I really dont see any problem with that especially at 6 max.

The reraise is fine but you are probably toast on the flop and almost always toast on the turn.

Yeah, I think check folding the turn is mandatory after thinking about it longer.

Also, how likely is AA/KK to just call preflop twice?

Uh.... exceedingly unlikely?

Honestly, though, if they just called the first raise, just calling the re-raise, HU, in Position, is probably the best play.
